These terms set out the agreement between you and Sky Atlas Print when you use this website or buy from us. By placing an order you accept the terms described here. Please read them so you know how our store works.
Placing an order
When you submit an order you are making an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it, but a contract is formed only once we accept the order and begin production. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item cannot be produced or a pricing error has occurred, and in that case any amount you have paid is refunded.
Made to order
Our prints are produced individually after you order, by our European print partner. Because each item is made specifically for you, production begins soon after your order is accepted. Small natural variations in colour and paper texture are inherent to printing and are not considered faults.
Pricing and availability
Prices and the range of products, sizes and finishes shown on the site may change over time. We take care to display correct prices, but if a clear error appears we will contact you before proceeding and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel. All prices include any taxes required to be shown at the point of sale.
Ownership of designs
The artwork, designs, text and other material on this site are the property of Sky Atlas Print and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Buying a print gives you the physical item for personal use. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, and the designs may not be copied, resold or used commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or reproduce its content beyond what these terms allow.
Limitation of liability
We provide the site and our products with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or the products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the moment you order is the one that applies to that order.
