This policy explains what personal information Sky Atlas Print collects when you visit our website or place an order, why we hold it, and the choices you have. We keep the amount of data we gather to what is needed to run the store.

When you place an order we collect the details required to fulfil it: your name, delivery address, email address and the contents of your order. If you contact us by email, we keep that correspondence so we can help you. We also receive limited technical information automatically, such as your browser type and general location, when you load a page.
Payment information
Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Your card details are entered directly with that processor and are never stored on our own systems. We receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the order it relates to.
How we use your data
- To produce, package and deliver the items you order.
- To send transactional messages about an order, such as confirmation and dispatch notices.
- To respond to questions and support requests you send us.
- To meet accounting and legal obligations tied to a sale.
